The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will support Federal customers in using Altana's platform, focusing on user adoption, product enablement, and account growth. Responsibilities include onboarding new users, conducting check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews, analyzing customer data to optimize results, and collaborating with account executives to identify up-selling opportunities.
