Help Center Manager responsible for overseeing the Justworks Customer Help Center, managing content, analytics, and user feedback to optimize the knowledge base for self-service customer support.

The Events Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing impactful events to drive brand engagement and business growth. This role involves event strategy development, end-to-end event management, cross-functional collaboration, vendor and venue management, content development, audience engagement, post-event analysis, budget management, brand representation, and continuous improvement.

Support the Health & Safety strategy at Justworks by maintaining physical security standards, coordinating training, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, and updating communication channels and records.
