What you'll do:

  • Conduct workforce analysis and forecasting using advanced statistics and predictive modeling
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets on turnover rates, headcount, and productivity metrics
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with company objectives
  • Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate closely with airport leaders to understand and address workforce needs proactively

  • Increase in Workforce demand forecasting accuracy
  • Turnover rates and retention metrics
  • Accurate budget variance in workforce spending
  • Build productivity metrics (e.g., revenue per employee, efficiency ratios)

What you're great at:

  • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to find opportunities and actionable insights
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills, with an ability to coordinate execution across multiple teams and priorities
  • Bias for action, with an ability to take a project from inception to implementation to optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling, data driven narratives and recommendations that earn stakeholder buy-in
  • Proficiency in statistical and predictive modeling techniques
  • Experience with workforce planning tools and software a plus

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
