Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Workday solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead the configuration and customization of Workday modulesand, tailoring them to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into actionable plans within the Workday ecosystem.
  • : Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions.
  • : Continuously assess system performance and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements or enhancements.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to provide meaningful insights and data for decision-making and compliance reporting.
  • : Oversee integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
  • Ensure Workday configurations and processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards. Take measures to protect sensitive employee data.
  • Create documentation and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on Workday functionalities and processes.
  • Implement and manage changes to the Workday system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and other relevant departments, providing expertise and guidance on Workday-related matters.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  • Proven full-lifecycle Workday Human Capital Management implementation experience, or two or more years of Workday HCM administration experience.
  • Basic working knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures that impact HR information.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize conflicting business needs, quickly resolve issues, and address root causes while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, translate requirements, and provide training and documentation.
