The Team:

As a leader in the Information Security team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape Clear Street’s maturing information security program and influence the security foundation for all our products and services. In this role specifically, you’ll be responsible for building and managing our security operations program including our detection and response capabilities. You will:

  • Build and execute a vulnerability program that fits Clear Street’s cyber security goals.
  • Perform ongoing vulnerability assessments, contextualize and assess security risks, and prioritize accordingly.
  • Work with internal and external counterparties to generate remediation programs, for short and long terms.
  • Drive the execution of vulnerability remediation programs.
  • Work with GRC in measuring risk and managing vulnerability related compliance efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least four (4) years of experience as a vulnerability management lead
  • Experience leading vulnerability initiatives on a security team - must
  • Experience in performing risk assessments for vulnerabilities - must
  • Ability to partner, influence and execute initiatives across a matrix environment
  • Great communication skills

The Base Salary Range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
