Mailead grew a $10k investment in a Bubble product into a $2M valuation, while Faceless.video went from 0 to $1M+ ARR in less than a year, among many other examples.

The Product team at Bubble drives our company's success through an obsession with creating delightful user experiences and meticulous attention to detail. We foster a collaborative culture where Engineering, Design, and Product work as equals. Our team includes 5 Product Managers, 1 Product Analyst, 1 Researcher, and our Design team (via Director of Design), all sharing a growth mindset where curiosity pairs with a desire to ship quickly. We operate with a strong sense of urgency in our fast-changing landscape, constantly pushing meaningful improvements to maintain our position as the leading platform.

As VP of Product at Bubble, you'll partner directly with our co-founders to define our product vision and strategy, with a particular focus on our AI transformation and mobile offerings. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product management, overseeing our Product, Design, and Research teams while maintaining close connections with our user community.
In this role you'll:

• Partner with our founders to define our product vision and strategy, focusing on turning Bubble into an AI-based app development platform, launching our mobile offering, enhancing early user experience, ensuring platform security, and improving pricing strategy

• Be the external face of our product organization, exemplifying our belief in very frequent interaction with users and our community

• Build and maintain effective processes for addressing user feedback and bug reports, ensuring we maintain our high standards of quality

• Lead the Product team by hiring, training, and mentoring product managers while managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation

• Partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure fast, predictable delivery of product improvements

• Define and be accountable for product KPIs, including conversion and monetization metrics

• Collaborate across departments, working with marketing and sales to ensure alignment between product development and market needs
  

About you:

• Experienced product leader with 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in management roles at startups (we're open to first-time VPs with exceptional experience)

• Proven track record leading complex products with product-led growth motion, specifically products with sophisticated interfaces where users naturally expand usage and move up the pricing scale

• Tech-savvy professional with enough technical understanding to quickly become a Bubble power user (CS degree not required, but technical aptitude is essential)

• Strong design sensibility that'll foster effective management and collaboration with our design team

• Natural collaborator with exceptional user empathy and a deep conviction that everything starts with talking to users

• Experience with AI products is a plus, but not required - what's most important is your ability to understand and shape our vision of humans collaborating with AI using visual development

• NYC-based or willing to relocate, with the ability to contribute to our office culture and in-person collaboration
  

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $235,000 - $315,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.

Location:

For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area.

We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
