We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President, Corporate Accounts, to lead and grow our B2B corporate clients business. Grubhub's Corporate Accounts business is the country's leading employee food perk program, supporting 10,000+ corporate clients and driving hundreds of millions of sales per year. This leader will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our corporate business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, results driven leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, strong team leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sustainable growth.
The Impact You Will Make:
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track and evaluate performance acro sales and account support teams.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy and product/service positioning.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the corporate sales and corporate account support teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Set clear expectations, provide continuous feedback, and ensure professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Build a scalable sales organization through effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies


Client Acquisition & Retention

  • Drive the acquisition of new corporate clients through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee account management and support efforts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align corporate sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate on go-to- market strategies, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Financial Management

  • Own the corporate accounts P&L, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support sales growth.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a corporate or enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate account management and support processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).


The base salary range for this position is below.
New York: $224k - $336k base salary range
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
