The Video Production Manager Sr. Associate will be on the Chase Social Media team where the team leverages Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Our social media team continues to grow and we're seeking a Video Production Manager to join our content team in New York.
As a Video Production Manager, Senior Associate on the Chase Social Media team, your work will support video and multimedia production needs across the business. You will have a proven track record of managing video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and communications objectives.

  • Optimize departmental workflow, enhancing processes for scheduling and publishing video content
  • Streamline the distribution process of videos across internal and external platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and impact, ensuring integration with overall communication strategies
  • Manage the Monday.com intake form to efficiently capture and organize video production requests, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and seamless workflow
  • Facilitate strategic communication of ongoing project updates with video producers and leadership team members, ensuring alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making throughout production
  • Manage the strategic execution of video operations by enhancing processes, optimizing tools, managing risks and controls, and overseeing vendor relationships to ensure efficient production workflows; facilitate the content approval process by coordinating with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and leadership to ensure compliance, alignment, and timely approval of content
  • Oversee video production lifecycle, from pre-production to post-production, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and lines of business to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency in all content; oversee the development and execution of detailed call sheets and Run of Show (ROS) documents
  • Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules for timely execution of all video production; manage the inventory of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and accessories, ensuring all items are properly maintained, tracked, and readily available for production needs
  • Lead the production approval process, including obtaining sign-offs, managing contracts, securing talent and location releases, and overseeing licensing to mitigate risk
  • Champion ADA compliance for all video assets by coordinating the integration of closed captions, transcripts, audio description files, and other accessibility features, ensuring inclusive and accessible content for diverse audiences
  • Identify, source, and onboard top-tier vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in production operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies during video shoots and manage video production budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in video production and digital media



  • 5+ years of experience working in video production for news, television, creative agency or corporate, and hold a bachelor's degree
  • In-depth knowledge of video production processes, equipment, and technologies
  • Strong understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and post-production workflows
  • Proven track record managing the video production process through the development/ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion/distribution phases
  • Must be able to perform the physical tasks necessary to perform the work. This includes moderate lifting and carrying of equipment, set up and take down of equipment and standing for long periods of time
  • Strong understanding of video formats and best practices for web and digital application
  • Expertise in production processes including video rights/clearances and vendor sourcing
  • Expertise with on set protocols and basic production equipment
  • Ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects, work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
