Job Description
Chase Dining, part of Connected Commerce, offers its customers dining benefits in the form of premium content and unique experiences. We deliver on that promise by partnering with restaurants to develop entertaining, one-of-a-kind events and experiences around the world.
As a Vice President, Restaurant Experiences in Chase Dining, you will support the growth of our restaurant experiences and executions across a variety of cultural tent-poles throughout the year. The ideal candidate is passionate about producing unique and well-executed restaurant pop-ups, creative, and extremely detail oriented. They should also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage restaurant partners, vendors and teams to meet quality expectations.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and execution of restaurant pop-ups, including but not limited to, management of ingredient order sheets, kitchen rentals, menu creation, staffing, and budget reconciliation as part of larger tent-pole events
  • Support the development of event logistics, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, run of shows, security, entertainment, transportation, decoration, and marketing materials
  • Help manage and support both external agencies and internal teams working across restaurant experiences and contribute to the overall strategic vision of the event
  • Research resources, make site visits, and lead pre-event meetings when necessary to help staff make decisions about event design
  • Build and grow client relationships across different business units within JPMorgan Chase as well as various external partners and brands
  • Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
  • Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
  • Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on event planning, design, and production trends.
  • Establish standard procedures and organizational processes across event brainstorming, creative development, and event production, while training staff to execute flawlessly
  • Serve as on-site point for all events, ensuring smooth event execution with the ability to troubleshoot conflicts that may arise


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years event production experience
  • 2+ years restaurant experience
  • You're passionate about all things restaurants, events , and consumer experiences - always ensuring top service quality, client management, and event success
  • You're organized and serve as both a leader and executor
  • You have experience in consumer brand or editorial brand events
  • You're flexible to travel both domestic and internationally, as needed


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience working at an events agency
  • Bachelor's degree
