As a Vice President, HNW Card Marketing, Communications and Acquisition within the High Net Worth Card Marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting growth and delivering on the product vision for our HNW client segment and the J.P. Morgan Reserve card portfolio. You will oversee our card product marketing, communications, and client acquisition/distribution strategies, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to be a client advocate and thought leader for the HNW client segment, influencing cross-functional teams to consider HNW client needs in the development of relevant strategies and customer touchpoints.
Job Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-channel customer marketing & communications strategies, informed by customer research, competitive insights, and analytics in partnership with Brand, Wealth Management, Travel, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications partners and Card acquisition & customer marketing centers of excellence on portfolio campaign planning, deployment, and effectiveness
  • Oversee creative development and execution across direct (e.g. email, digital) and sales-assisted (e.g. client management) channels in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain regulatory, legal and controls requirements and ensure necessary disclosures remain up to date and in compliance
  • Serve as a client advocate and thought leader for the HNW client segment, leading and influencing cross-functional teams to consider HNW client needs in development of relevant strategies & customer touchpoints, including direct to customer communications and events and experiences


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of proven product marketing, acquisition, and leadership experience; with a particular focus in credit cards, financial services, and/or HNW-oriented products
  • Proactive, strategic, and results driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time
  • Strong understanding of the HNW client profile and relevant client journeys in order to execute relevant marketing, communications, and acquisition strategies
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, while ensuring focus on detail and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally
  • Excel in building executive level presentations
  • Effective in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • BS degree or equivalent experience required
