As a Vice President, Digital Product Manager within Banking Payments, you will shape the product strategy and controls, conduct product performance and market insights analysis, and execute product support services for products focused on our Small Business client segment.
Job responsibilities

  • Establish the product strategy and collaborate with product managers to identify objectives and key results and develop and prioritize the roadmap
  • Analyze business results and manage key executive and stakeholder updates on the strategy and progress - responsible for leading material planning and creation in partnership with product team and partners
  • Own controls and monitoring for product, procedure management and approval of process changes, and assist in development of action plans and participate in remediation activities, as necessary
  • Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners (Risk, Control, Compliance, Legal) to ensure a strong risk and controls environment
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to strategize design target definition and product positioning
  • Track, monitor and synthesize insights on relevant industry trends and external market dynamics across the payments landscape
  • Maintain deep understanding of the product, market, competitors, and our customer(s)


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product or a related role
  • Financial industry and/or Payments background
  • Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing decisions
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's degree/Master's in Business Administration
