As a Transaction Coordinator at Truehold, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate acquisition process. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within the company, starting with core transaction support tasks and progressively taking on more responsibilities, including market ownership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn and advance in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
- Assist with title searches, inspections, and tenant qualification due diligence
- Work closely with the Transaction Managers to support their deal pipelines
- Provide vacation coverage for team members
- Responsibility of physical mail when necessary for transaction documents
- Ensure accurate system data and maintain completed deal document sets
- Reviewing HOA documents to verify the absence of rental restrictions
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and terminology
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
- Basic understanding of real estate contracts and legal documents
- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor when interacting with internal team members and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with team members, sellers, stakeholders fostering positive relationships

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate transactions or related field preferred
- The ability to work one Saturday a month
- Real estate license a plus, but not required
