Job Description
Role Summary
Candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day support functions of the trading desk including trade booking, trade reconciliation, P&L analysis, and new desk functionality. The candidate should have a foundational knowledge of markets, a key eye for detail, a high degree of motivation and deep analytic skills.
Objectives

  • Working with trading teams to process trade execution across the trade lifecycle
  • Working in a team environment that closely integrates trading, technology and operational excellence
  • Working with the trading desk to manage risk breaks, assist with executions and middle office functions
  • Automating operational workflows and partnering with developers and technology teams to architect, build, and deliver robust platforms to reduce manual overhead and risk
  • Developing robust processes to aid in the deployment of new trading capabilities
  • Coordinating with developers to help with releases and testing for new software
  • Coordinating efforts with Trading, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth expansion and day to day operation of the business
  • Liaising with operations, accounting and business management departments to develop and answer ad hoc requests


Skills and Preferred Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of OTC markets
  • Experience interfacing with trading and technology systems
  • Process driven approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across multiple groups
  • A highly analytic mentality and a rigorous attention to deal
  • A completed bachelor's degree from a top tier university in economics, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, mathematics, physics or a related field


In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $300,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program,
as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans,
and access to other healthcare programs.
