Compensation: This is a non-exempt position, with a monthly salary of $3,500. 

Role Summary: The Technical Support role is a fully onsite position 5 days a week. This position is a critical role that interacts directly with our clients and supports our sales effort.
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, install, and configure software & hardware for deployment, ensuring all equipment functions properly.
  • Help clients set up and test terminals, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to terminal hardware and software.
  • Identify and analyze software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Partner with Operations and Sales teams to provide the best solutions for terminal-related inquiries.
  • Collect feedback and collaborate with the Development team to enhance future product improvements.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and management to ensure accurate records of hardware and equipment.
  • Provide administrative assistance with product ordering, shipment, and distribution to support company operations.
  • Assist in planning and implementing department goals, making recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. We are an E-Verify employer!
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent is preferred
  • Technically savvy with strong organization skills
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
  • Able to take initiative to solve problem effectively
  • Self-motivated to learn new systems and installation of products
  • Able to accomplish tasks before deadlines and be detail-oriented
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
