What You’ll Do:
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Platform Operations team based in NYC.
The TAM will have programmatic trading experience in a client-facing capacity and be responsible for supporting our Self-Service clients, providing them hands-on support to onboard, launch and optimize campaigns within DeepIntent’s Healthcare DSP. Our TAMs work with agency clients to deeply understand their business goals with a focus on achieving success using DeepIntent’s solutions.
- Ownership of all post-sale client communication, managing day-to-day operations and account oversight for our Self-Service clients
- Develop expert level knowledge of the DeepIntent marketing platform with the ability to train and guide clients to ensure the success of their campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date information on all accounts and campaigns in our CRM, creating transparency across the business
- Develop and grow strong relationships with clients through exceptional client service, proactive insights and critical analysis
- Manage pacing and delivery, identifying the opportunity for campaign optimizations based on each client’s success metrics
- Manage the onboarding process for all new accounts including the development and training of all DeepIntent’s solutions
- Work closely with Sales and other internal counterparts to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for all accounts
- Work with the Engineering & Product teams to continue improving the platform and DeepIntent’s offerings by sharing client feedback and your own insights
- Develop best practices within the Operations organization through internal collaboration
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
- Oversee all billing and account reconciliation for assigned Self-Service accounts
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management and/or Customer Success role within the Ad Tech or Digital Media space working with advertisers and agencies
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.)
- You have a passion for digital and a keen understanding of the digital advertising landscape - experience in healthcare is a plus!
- You are excited about the opportunity to work in a rapidly-growing business which adapts quickly based upon your insights
- You are detail oriented and organized with experience managing multiple projects and accounts
- You have prior programmatic trading experience within an agency or 3rd party trade desk
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, hands-on experience in a DSP, prior ownership of client meetings, QBRs, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $90,000 -$100,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a quarterly bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
