As our Technical Account Manager you are going to work with some of the top named companies in the world. You will be in control of overseeing the brand’s implementation of Bombora solutions and training teams to ensure success. Data is an ever changing landscape, as Bombora develops new products and solutions, it will be up to the Technical Account Manager to understand these on a deep level, knowledge share to our CS teams, and become the point person for our customers.
You will…
- Collaborate with internal CS teams to develop growth paths for strategic accounts
- Work hand in hand with our premium accounts to onboard, train, troubleshoot, and set attainable KPIs
- Monitor and optimize for campaign success
- Create and manage internal tracking/reporting for product initiatives
You have…
- 2+ years experience in account management
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in delivering/ reporting on data
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $75000 to $85000 plus variable. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Our hybrid policy offers employees an office for when they want one. We have offices in New York and Reno, Nevada. Bombora also hosts annual Company-wide kickoffs in January, so employees get a chance to fly into our NY office to meet fellow Bommies.
