Datadog is looking for a Team Lead, Office Operations in our fast growing New York office. This is a people manager role. OfficeOps helps keep our employees safe, happy and productive, which could mean ensuring we're not running out of espresso beans and pretzels, planning an ice-skating event for 400+ people, or hosting a 150 guest meetup in our gorgeous New York office - every day will be different. This is a full-time, in-office position.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the Associate team's workload and provide structure on a day-to-day basis
  • Advocate for the growth and development of all team members
  • Encourage innovation and creativity
  • Instill a customer service mindset to ensure all employees and guests are cared for and welcome
  • Coordinate all OfficeOps engagement initiatives and events
  • Work with OfficeOps leadership to consistently review and seek improvement opportunities with cross-functional input
  • Provide guidance for vendor relationships
  • Track vendor budgets


Who You Are:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Office Operations and 2-3 years of people management
  • Be a true people person who loves to lead and motivate others with empathy and kindness
  • Have excellent customer service and ability to respond to requests professionally
  • Be able to develop and manage projects from start to finish
  • Have excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • High level of collaboration to ensure all necessary teams are included for project success
  • Able to provide structure amidst chaos in a rapidly scaling office

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
