The Sales Talent Sourcer plays a pivotal role in achieving our hiring goals. You will partner closely with our Sales Talent Partner to build and deliver an exceptional candidate pipeline for our Account Executive and go-to-market openings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our Sale team’s ability to achieve their revenue goals and impact the growth of the company. 

 

  • Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy 
  • Partnering with Talent Partners to determine position requirements. 
  • You will be responsible to source and interact with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and set up initial interviews. 
  • Ability to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s current & future hiring needs 
  • Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
  • Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness 
  • Source & create a network of potential sales talent through professional networks and job portals 
  • Knowledge on how to use candidate sourcing software, and navigating the company’s ATS
  • The persona should aim is to keep optimizing the sourcing strategy and process based on this data 

 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent 
  • Experience with online & offline recruiting techniques. 
  • Ability to conduct & coordinate interviews. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Good negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills 
  • Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs and Greenhouse 

Base Salary Range: $81,034 to $130,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
