Work Location:  Hybrid in Malvern, PA or NYC coming into the office at least 3-days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being the set in-office days.  All subject to change.

What you’ll do:

Overview:

We are looking to add a dedicated individual, with a knack for finding talent, to our Talent Acquisition team.  This role would focus on building pipelines of “A Players” to support the growth of a forward thinking, innovative, tech focused company.  Working closely with the talent team, leaders, and managers to understand the needs of each line of business and the skills necessary to achieve the ultimate successes.  We are seeking someone with experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools to assist with creating sustainable recruiting and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the talent team to build candidate pipelines for key positions
  • Assist with creating sourcing strategies and maintain contact with top talent identified
  • Experience with the utilization of various sourcing tools.  We currently use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and various job boards via our ATS (Workday)
  • Be the point on Talent Acquisition administrative tasks related to the hiring and onboarding process
  • Share ideas on how to improve processes and overall candidate experience

What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working as a sourcer or recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech focused, and innovative company
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or Fintech industries is highly preferred
  • Experience and proven success in sourcing passive candidates using various tools
  • Proven success with implementing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems – Workday is a huge plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use metrics and data to drive sourcing efforts
  • An advocate for the company culture and passion for providing a “Wow” experience to all candidates

Technology Skills:

  • Experience with Workday recruiting or other applicant tracking system
  • Microsoft Office applications – Proficient to Advanced in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly preferred
