Teneo is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team in the New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that advises Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 companies to tackle complex business challenges and shape a better future.
We are looking for an in-house Recruiter who is a generalist with experience across a wide range of industries. However, it is essential that the candidate possesses professional corporate recruitment skills and specific experience in consulting and/or financial services.

Your Role: As a Recruiter for Teneo, you’ll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, working across our five businesses to find the best talent. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and contribute to our long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles in Strategy & Communications, Management Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory and People Advisory
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define target candidate profiles and guide the selection process
- Analyze interview feedback, facilitate decision-making, and communicate outcomes to candidates
- Develop new sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives
- Drive and support recruitment initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, assessment, technology, and attraction
Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth organization or professional services
- Proven expertise in sourcing talent for non-technical business roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse applicant tracking system
- Excellent communication skills and discretion in managing confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to evolving priorities
- Agile thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Base Salary Range $125,000 – $140,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).
Bonus Eligible Yes
Total Compensation Package Includes annualized bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of additional benefits and rewards.
Flexible Work Policy Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York office, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
