Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates extensive level abilities and/or proven record of shifting clients towards Agile and modern delivery practices including:
- Design & Implement secure software development life cycle solutions;
- Contribute to tool evaluation, selection and recommendation internally and to clients;
- Ensure that client capabilities are deployed through continuous development pipelines with security requirements satisfied at the time of deployment;
- Help clients setup automated testing and proactive monitoring, and fix issues as needed;
- Engineer solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP using Infrastructure As Code methods such as Terraform and Ansible;
- Integrate, configure, deploy and manage centrally provided common cloud services (e.g. IAM, networking, logging, Operating systems, Containers) as well as shared service applications on cloud;
- Work with the cloud engineering teams and development teams to create effective CI/CD implementations, and help to configure and maintain them;
- Help with the release management of new software into higher environments; and,
- Analyze compliance with Operational risk standards (E.g. Network, Firewall, OS, Logging, Monitoring, Availability, Resiliency).

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing the development and utilization of technology, emphasizing the following areas:
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies;
- Experience in software development lifecycle of Java, Python, C#, Go, Javascript, .NET etc.;
- Experience in administering and performance tuning of application stacks, such as Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX, and others;
- Scripting skills, including shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python, Go, Groovy, Helm, etc;
- Experience with Automation in deployment orchestration or testing, with tools such as Selenium, Maven, Ant, Msbuild, Npm, Yarn, Jenkins, Team City, etc.;
- Comprehensive technical expertise in a variety of DevSecOps toolkits, including Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Black Duck, Terraform, Git/Version Control Software, or comparable technologies;
- Knowledge and experience in DevOps Automation (TerraFrom, GitHub, GitHub Actions);
- Understanding of virtualization, container and meshing technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Istio etc.);
- Experience with observability through tools such as Prometheus, ELK, Grafana or Zipkin;
- Experience with OWASP Testing Guide v3 / 4 and OWASP TOP 10;
- Experience in management and definition of security in the software development lifecycle;
- Familiarity of Prisma cloud, SIEM, SOC, Nesus, Crowd strike or similar security related services;
- Familiarity with API Security, Container Security, AWS Cloud Security;
- Familiarity of PCI-DSS, HIPPA, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA Standards and Policies and the associated certification and audit processes;
- Knowledge of conducting security checks (static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability analysis in applications and penetration tests, security component analysis);
- Knowledge of securing APIs and microservices;
- Experience in Web and/or Mobile applications and common vulnerabilities;
- Help teams implement solutions that will enable business objectives;
- Guide customers to support full end to end automation of software delivery (CI/CD); and,
- Train and mentor others on building solutions and smart developer behaviors (CI/CD/DDD/TDD/BDD/ATDD).
