We are seeking a highly driven, organized, and inquisitive team member to join our growing Platform Solutions & Operations team as a Platform Solutions Delivery Manager leading delivery of new FinTech capabilities to and with clients and partners. This role will work closely with many cross-functional leaders spanning Technology, Operations, CAIS IQ, Marketing, Investment Product, Sales, and Relationship Management. Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients and partners to secure new business opportunities, leveraging expertise to lead solution discussions and sales-oriented presentations.
  • Manage complex, high-priority projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams, influencing decisions, and ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage resources, and communicate status updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Enhance systems and processes by developing reusable templates, playbooks, and delivery management tools.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project timelines, deliverables, and utilization.
  • Create client and partner-facing collateral in partnership with Platform Product Management, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
  • Manage technology requests and oversee issue resolution, sharing expertise on CAIS platform and custom solutions.
  • Scope solutions projects, including development of business requirements and translation to technical needs, demonstrating advanced critical thinking and solutioning capabilities.
  • Independently drive pre-sales engagement, offering technical subject matter expertise and recommending strategic solutions that align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management or operations within financial services, with prior experience in a small to mid-sized firm or startup environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline required.
  • Strong critical thinking and team-based problem-solving skills; a self-starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar applications, and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with impeccable written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong commitment to continuous professional development and improving team performance, with comfort in learning new technologies as needed.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $205,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
