About the Role:

As the Supplier Quality Manager at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our global supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our external partners meet our high standards for quality, reliability, and performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier quality policies and continuous improvement, as well as the efficient and effective management of our reverse logistics operations, including returns, exchanges, and product repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust QMS aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance by analyzing performance data, identify trends and implement continuous improvement and corrective actions through problem solving methods (8Ds, etc.).
  • Identify and mitigate supplier-related quality risks, developing contingency plans.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and qualify new suppliers by conducting assessments and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company goals and policies.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and DC Operations to ensure supplier quality alignment and integrate quality principles on the supplier base (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.).
  • Develop and implement supplier quality policies, agreements and documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance supplier quality capabilities.
  • Create and implement new RMA processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and customer-centric.
  • Manage the team of MRB coordinators and the day-to-day operations of the RMA process.
  • Prepare and present reports on RMA activities and supplier quality performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality, supplier management or related role.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing supplier relations from a Quality perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
  • Experience with lean principles is a plus.
  • Experience in the High Performance Compute sector is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $135,000-$180,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Hybrid Workplace

Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters for up to 2 weeks within their first month of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
