Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager at Vice President level supporting the Head of Strategic and Operational Excellence for Global Talent and Experience organization in Human Resources.
As a Project Manager in the Strategic and Operational Excellence team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders, manage special projects and operational initiatives, and oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to work under tight timelines, monitor and track progress, and foster a collaborative team environment will be essential to your success in this dynamic role.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation accordingly.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive project progress and coordination across the Talent & EX organization and serve as a liaison to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead project teams and initiatives to improve operational processes and enhance efficiencies across the organization to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and promote best practices across the Talent & EX organization to ensure consistency and excellence in execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress and performance (via OKRs), identifying and addressing any issues or risks and report on operational KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive performance improvements.
  • Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious with strong organizational capabilities
  • Experience working with key cross-functional groups in a complex line of business, implementing complex and new procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks and adaptability to dynamic environments.
