About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and shaping the strategic initiatives that will propel Addition Wealth forward. The ideal candidate is 2–4 years out of undergraduate studies, with experience in consulting or banking, and possesses strong client-facing skills.

  • Collaboration: Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, internally and externally, managing multiple stakeholders across different departments. 
  • Initiative and Ownership: Proven ability to manage and deliver end-to-end projects autonomously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex insights effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Operations Management: Identify inefficiencies, think strategically, and develop actionable plans to eliminate obstacles and drive impactful outcomes. 
  • Process Improvements: Design and implement new processes and solutions from ideation to implementation. 
  • Data Analysis: Develop analyses and dashboards to uncover opportunities and measure the success of various initiatives. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with sales, operations, engineering and other teams to drive seamless execution of cross-functional projects

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, private equity or related fields. 
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong alignment with the Addition Wealth mission and values. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects or programs end to end. 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities. 
  • Ability to quickly identify and evaluate solutions for operational challenges, both short-term and long-term.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with diverse stakeholders.
