Job Summary:  

The Outreach Strategic Support Manager will work closely with our outreach, operations, clinical and marketing teams to develop and foster meaningful relationships with community providers in new and  existing markets to support Octave’s growth and community engagement. This role will assist with referral opportunities in expanding states as well as key sales support activities including but not limited to physical and digital material development, CRM tools and processes, sales funnel management processes, account management processes, strategy and market planning analytics, and internal reporting.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Design and manage performance metric reporting tools, conduct ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Market Analytics and Forecasting: Lead market analytics efforts, support sales pipeline expansion, and manage consumer insight initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Serve as the CRM Champion, manage relationships within Salesforce, develop and execute email campaigns, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
  • Data Management and Integration: Maintain accurate referral data, manage information integrity, and integrate data across systems.
  • Content Development: Develop and design materials such as one-pagers, postcards, appointment cards, FAQ sheets, and referral forms.
  • Digital Tools and Performance Metrics: Develop and manage customer-specific landing pages, QR codes, UTM links, and collaborate with Data and Product teams.
  • Relationship Building and Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and establish meaningful relationships with community providers.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute effective events, including meet & greets and educational sessions, to enhance community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer 3 years of experience in a Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Prefer 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience in creating performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Strong proficiency in market research, forecasting, and sales pipeline management.
  • Expertise in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in managing data across platforms like Google Sheets and Zendesk.
  • Strong skills in creating compelling physical and digital marketing materials.
  • Experience in managing digital tools and assessing product performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage high-value target provider groups and health systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in planning and executing engagement events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet. 
  • Must be able to observe and communicate information on company provided laptop. 
  • Move up to 10 pounds on occasion. 
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.

The salary range is for zone 1 (all states not in zone 2 or zone 3) $101,700 - $117,800.

The salary range for zone 2 (CO, HI, MD, RI) is $111,900 - $117,800.

The salary range for zone 3 (AK, CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA) is $116,900 - 126,200.

All zones are eligible for equity in the form of stock options.

Additionally, this position is eligible for the following benefits: company sponsored life insurance, disability and AD&D plans. Voluntary benefits such as 401k retirement, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, dependent care and commuter/parking options are also available. Octave offers generous Paid Time Off as well as paid parental leave benefits.
