Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Sr. Configurator at Luxury Presence, you will be instrumental in optimizing our Salesforce CRM to support our mission. Your role will involve managing Salesforce requests, implementing, testing, and maintaining declarative functionalities, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our Salesforce solutions align with business needs. Your expertise will enhance our system's performance and facilitate our strategic goals, making you a pivotal figure in our success.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Management: Handle Salesforce requests across the company, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Declarative Functionalities: Implement and maintain flows, validation rules, and other Salesforce declarative functions to enhance our CRM's capabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to guarantee the functionality and quality of Salesforce implementations.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document and understand requirements for Salesforce enhancements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and functionalities, ensuring system reliability.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company to grasp their requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices and new features to optimize system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications: (Optional) Certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in Salesforce CRM administration and configuration.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce declarative functionalities, including flows, validation rules, and more.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Business Acumen: Experience translating operations team requests into Salesforce requirements is highly valued.
