About the role:

  • Why Enablement matters at LiveRamp: We help the world's largest brands, agencies, media publishers and platforms scale their revenue by offering effective identity, connectivity and collaboration solutions for their partners and end customers.  We are category innovators, and thus our enablement team must enable product suites that have yet to exist.  And with category innovation comes a rapidly evolving product suite, role based enablement and the need for verticalized playbooks.

  • The Revenue Enablement Leader will help build and deliver a program to drive world-class customer-facing execution for our revenue organization. This role will partner closely with the commercial org, Product GTM, SOPS and marketing to develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming our customer-facing and internal processes. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will:

  • Develop a cohesive approach to enabling all customer-facing roles that aligns to LiveRamp’s longterm strategy, contributes to business performance, and optimizes customer satisfaction and role specific needs

  • Partner with Revenue leadership to prioritize, develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs, including in person, virtual and online learning programs

  • Rearchitect our learning programs to deliver in-deal enablement and content 

  • Rearchitect how we measure the impact of our enablement programs 

  • Develop an internal promotion path for our commercial org, to ensure that we are able to farm talent for our future growth.

  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively and provide sellers with personal growth through consistent coaching

  • Leverage first-line managers as agents of enablement and change management

  • Curate and manage our enablement vendor portfolio

  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of high-performing revenue enablement professionals

Your team will: 

  • Support the Commercial organization in achieving their revenue goals through commercial onboarding, continuous learning and thoughtful content deployment

  • Partner with Product GTM & Marketing leadership on product & messaging launches tailored based on each commercial team member across pre and post sales, iterating based on in market impact and best practices 

  • Develop and train verticalized deal playbooks for land & expand, and renew & grow

  • Partner with our commercial leadership to develop and execute our Sales Kick Off

About you: 

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.

  • 5 + years of experience in running a revenue or sales enablement team

  • Have worked for a publicly traded company

  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing enablement programs that drive results.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.

  • Experience building programs for a highly technical product (ideally in the data, analytics or data management space).

  • Experience executing in a customer-facing role (ideally in sales or account management).

  • Big picture thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • You’re open to traveling 2x per quarter

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Highspot integration into Salesforce as well as Docebo, Articulate 360.

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within Revenue/Sales Enablement.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret what enablement programs will improve performance metrics.

  • Experience in a tech or data-driven company.

  • Global coordination experience is a plus.

  • Comfort designing resources and leading training sessions for individual contributors, managers and leaders.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $159,000 to $187,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
