: The Sr. Financial Analyst Marketing FP&A will report to the Marketing FP&A Leader and will support the Digital, Offline, Event, Retail & Canvassing marketing teams. The role will be responsible to comprehensively analyze marketing's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), support critical business planning & cyclical forecasting requirements as well as engage in management reporting.

  • Maintain and measure KPIs to track and report on marketing channel performance, spending, lead generation mix, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and provide tools to manage monthly and annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly variance analysis on key funnel metrics and financials to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and deliver impactful dashboards and presentations that highlight financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support better decision-making.
  • Partner with the controllership group during month-end close to ensure marketing costs are booked appropriately and accurately.
  • Respond promptly to requests for critical ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, strategic/marketing finance, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
  • Advanced Excel ability is a must.
  • Experience working with tools like Tableau or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP and accounting systems.
  • Experience building financial models.
  • Proven working experience as a financial analyst in a corporate finance environment.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the ball."
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up your sleeves" and "win every day" mentality.
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
  • Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).



  • Master's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Tableau.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite.
  • Experience in public company, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted account principles).



  • Less than 10% domestic travel required.



  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).



  • Normal office environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
