Job Summary
Responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in all aspects of the pre-sales process, working closely with internal and external sales partners, developing higher level planning ideas to help move the business forward/drive revenue. Accountable for ensuring that budgets and work performance standards are consistently met, demonstrating an expertise in yield principles. Approach all challenges through a critical thinking, analytical lens, demonstrate an agility and consistently lean into new opportunities, while keeping teams aligned with the organization's overarching objectives. Job Description
Core Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the organizations business strategy. Demonstrate media industry expertise of media landscape and marketplace trends. Effectively translate company vision and operating plan into actionable steps for team to exceed goals. Quickly identify new talent, with a focus on the planning leadership level. Effectively communicate overall vision and strategy of media planning to internal and external teams. Develop operational policies and procedures. Provide strategic counsel across higher level organization initiatives. Manage, mentor and coach multiple teams of professionals. Build a team with inclusiveness and diversity at its core. Monitor advertising sales metrics and develop solution-oriented ideas to address challenges. Ensure the terms of all contracts are met and are to company standards. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in New York with a Pay Range of $127,832.24 - $209,180.03
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
