Job Description SummaryThe success of these alliances will be measured by the positive alliance impact and engagement with product development and associated investment, go to market engagement and investment, and product/solution revenue associated with the alliance.
This role will be responsible for supporting business-wide strategic alliance imperatives by creating, developing, and driving relationships that will optimize GEHC solutions and streamline and enhance collaborative GTM activities.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

This role will also include management of special partner related projects and leading collaborative and joint initiatives with and through key alliances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new and existing and long-term technology strategies with alliances to optimize GTM and Technical relationships, marketing opportunities, and joint sales opportunities. Coordinating joint marketing plans and strategies to promote and communicate value to global market and specific customer communities.

  • Serving as the strategic alliance liaison to all GEHC constituents including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, and Sales teams.

  • Leading initiatives with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Services organizations to conceive, design and execute high impact joint alliances collaborations which advance or accelerate key GEHC strategies and programs .

  • Collaborating with GEHC Product Management and Engineering in conjunction with Alliance Subject Matter experts to implement joint technology collaboration and joint technical initiatives.

  • Designing and negotiating collaborative agreements to formalize joint initiatives and to create appropriate governance.

  • Tracking and reporting Alliance results and metrics for Alliances Council quarterly reviews.

  • Managing all Executive Business Reviews between GEHC and the respective Alliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline or business, and MBA preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliance, business development, marketing, or roles in healthcare technology or technology industries

  • Strong business development, project management, time management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment as well as independently

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry, product development, and competitive strategy techniques

  • Ability to work with customers and vendors on both a business and technical level

  • Experience in financial analysis, business case development, and financial modeling

  • Well-developed presentation and communication skills, including the ability to effectively deliver presentations to C-level executives in both GEHC and assigned Alliance.

  • .Travel is required up to 50-60%; including international.

The salary range for this position is $160K - 210K. The specific salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.

While GE HealthCare does not currently require U.S. employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, some GE HealthCare customers have vaccination mandates that may apply to certain GE HealthCare employees.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $184,800.00-$277,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
