Responsible for NA Supply Chain data management and governance, including architecture, technical design and end-to-end solution enabling data analytics.

  • You will lead a team data engineers and data architect focused on investigating, analyzing and scoping data requirements to support the development of data integration, data retrieval and reusable data sets.
  • Partner with technical/functional teams to understand business goals and initiatives and formulate plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support MSC data requirements to help implement enterprise data hub ; understanding data assets and the relationships among them, investigate, analyze and scope data requirements to support the development.
  • Act as the liaison for digital transformation projects and business units needing direction with digital data transformation.
  • Understand advanced methods of data acquisition for multiple types of data sources.
  • Have cross-functional understanding to create reusable data assets
  • Understand details of data structures and associated components
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in implementation methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Monitor current and future trends in technology which will positively affect organizational decisions


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to enable and enhance the enterprise data hub strategy and execute the data & analytics agenda.
  • Support technical/functional teams to implement enterprise data hub.
  • Manages, governs and leads development and implementation of interim data solution and coordinates CI activates to optimize.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data discovery, ingestion, storage, automation/retrieval and develop reusable data products and drive adoption.
  • Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what data enablement will deliver.
  • Manage existing technical solutions. Execute specific tasks and deliverables as outlined in tactical plans.
  • Prioritizes and recommends initiatives to improve and build upon the data architecture to support the business.
  • Day-to-day operations and the actual implementation of tasks and activities.
  • Coach and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Manage individual or team performance to meet operational objectives.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure processes run smoothly.

  • Data Platforms, Data Ingestion Tools, Development Tools, Programming Languages, Data Exploration Visualization
  • CI/CD, DevOps, DataOps
  • Knowledge of tools like Azure, GCP, TDV, Power BI, Alteryx, SSMS, etc.
  • SAP ECC/BW, SAP eWM, S4 HANA a plus
  • Technical Documentation
  • Collibra knowledge and CDMP Certification a plus


Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • BS or MS in Analytics Preferred


Job specific requirements:
-7+ years leading Technical teams
-3+ years in Supply Chain and Sales
-3+ years of Project Management experience
Travel requirements:
Less than 25%
Work schedule:
This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States
Salary
This position is at a salary range between $133,900 and $200,900.
