The Opportunity:
As a Senior Associate of Enterprise Marketing you will be a driving force in our mission to support the growth of our top brands. This role presents a unique opportunity to partner with our top enterprise partners to drive value to our customers through promotions and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the day to day marketing relationships with the partners, working directly with their marketing team to execute strategy and reach mutual goals. This individual will work cross functionally across all aspects of the growth and brand organization to think holistically about how enterprise can integrate into our larger strategy.

In this influential role, you'll leave a mark on our enterprise marketing strategy:

  • Brand Management: Cultivate trust with partners by developing marketing strategies that drive growth for Grubhub and the brand, including campaign strategy, promo recommendations, co-marketing opportunities and growth marketing tactics.
  • Client Satisfaction : In this client facing role, you must ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Marketing Execution : Collaborate with the growth and brand teams to execute specific marketing campaigns including top brand offer planning, creative review and plan execution.
  • Testing Plan and Analytics : Strategize, create and execute on testing plans to understand the best ways to drive growth for your brands.
  • Scalable Solutions: Work with the sales team to create scalable marketing toolkits and resources that can be used across all brands, not only the ones that you support.
  • Proposal and Presentation Creation : Develop compelling written and visual presentations using data to persuade clients and upper management.
  • Campaign Management & Analysis : Manage multiple brand campaigns at once and provide insights based reporting to inform future campaigns.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree required in related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in partnerships management
  • Partnership Management Skills : Experience in negotiations, communications, organization, and management of key partnerships
  • Project Management: Proven success executing end-to-end marketing campaigns including managing project timelines and implementations with little oversight or support from manager including cross-functional project management skills
  • Data Driven : Proficiency in campaign analysis, using data to prove results and inform future strategy
  • Collaborative Approach: Showcase your aptitude for working collaboratively across various internal parts of the company, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless flow of information and resources.
  • Client-Facing Excellence : Demonstrate proficiency in preparing for and leading client-facing meetings, presenting compelling solutions, and building trust through effective communication.

The base salary ranges for this position are below. The ranges provided exclude other forms of compensation such as equity and bonus.
New York: $88,000-$132,000 base salary range
Illinois: $80,000-$120,000 base salary range
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. In addition to the base salary, the role might also come with equity and other pay incentives as part of the full compensation package.
