The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end in year and strategic growth plans for OREO Cookies. Working with cross-functional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization/launch plans for renovation, business critical projects, PPA, including post launch tracking.
  • Support the OREO Seasonal growth ambitions through creative and in-store; Lead the VisId and pack graphics vision and execution.
  • Support the long-term brand activation partnership strategy and execution.
  • Help lead, analyze, and support the delivery of business plan and actively participating in the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP)
  • Support the development and execution of the integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing media ROI, and working with internal and external media partners.
  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the brand which include being the lead point of contact for Shopper Marketing programs, Portfolio programs, Quality projects & the brand budget.
  • Lead the monthly Business review providing a deep dive into brand performance across the cross functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' work experience
  • MBA preferred.


For salaried roles based: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,800 to $127,600; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. (for Band I+ also include... and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program). In addition, Mondelez Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
