Do you enjoy finding ways to inspire people to learn? Do you like variety in the products you work with? We are looking for an outstanding Sr. Agency Enablement Partner for our Global Agency organization to join our team. Our mission is to inform, instruct and develop our agency team, with a goal to grow application of skills and knowledge.  

You will be part of a team who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining agency education materials and activities for the global agency teams at Pinterest. You will be able to connect client needs with product capabilities across a variety of Pinterest products, weaving it together with the Pinterest narrative and advertiser objectives. The role will partner closely with other team members and cross-functional stakeholders contributing to launching world class training and development programs. 


What You'll do: 

  • Deliver consistent and scalable education trainings that deliver the marketing on Pinterest to drive optimal adoption behavior/solutions for agencies and their advertisers 
  • Develop vertical and agency strategy collateral to arm agencies with selling Pinterest solutions to clients and fundamentally reducing friction points for advertisers to adopt Pinterest 
  • Build agency specific libraries, pitch/activation materials, design audiences, and solution led playbooks to go-to-market
  • Build agency GTM scale approach for both large HoldCos and Indy agencies
  • Must thoroughly understand how the agency operates: agency planning, buying, and their business decision making processes
  • Develop a strong understanding of product solutions in order to best diagnosis needs and areas of focus to go deeper on for the agency based on voice of the customer 
  • Identify new sources of budgets with the agencies and build accordingly to ensure agency team initiatives are aligned with marketing initiatives; standardarize this globally  
  • Partner internally and externally depending on account focus
  • Equip agencies with tools, resources and ongoing education as necessary to support them in an everchanging industry landscape
  • Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform


What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of digital advertising experience, working specifically with performance advertising products tied to revenue goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
  • An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our New York office.
