The Crown Is Yours
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will build promotional strategies for our VIP Early Lifecycle program for our Online Sportsbook team, focusing on driving revenue through our newly acquired VIP customers. This highly cross-functional role will partner closely with VIP, CRM, Marketing, and Analytics leads to ensure a cohesive and thoughtful experience that aligns with strategic business objectives.
What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Specialist

  • Oversee idea generation, budgeting, development, and planning for VIP Lifecycle showcase offers.
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to make data-driven decisions on promotion mechanics and bonus offers.
  • Maintain a cross-sell testing agenda with other vertical teams that drives continued optimization with a significant focus on ongoing analysis.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure successful state and sport season launches, creating promotional offers to identify VIP play.
  • Manage VIP Acquisition reinvestment, at a 1:1 level, and at broader targeted marketing paid campaigns.
  • Partner with VIP Content Operations and to ensure quality execution of promotions.
  • Deliver high-quality communications to provide transparency and updates to align key stakeholders across the business.


What you'll bring

  • At least 3 years of relevant operations experience at a technology or gaming company.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem solve, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting recommendations to upper management.
  • Expertise in Excel is a must; SQL proficiency is helpful.
  • Willing to work non-standard hours based on the promotional and sporting calendar .

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,200.00 - $118,800.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
