We are looking for a Spectacles Producer who will play a pivotal role in showcasing best in class Spectacles experiences built with the Snap AR developer platform.
As a Spectacles Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, production, and delivery of Spectacles experiences built by 3rd party developer teams and partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Spectacles product team, Marketing, Comms, and externally with professional developers and partners, to ensure the successful execution of AR experiences that captivate and engage our audience.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end production process for AR products and experiences for Spectacles built by external developer teams and partners, from concept to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverable goals to ensure experiences and products are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Provide creative input and direction for AR experiences and collaborate with the Snap Labs team to continually innovate on concepts, storylines, and adhere to quality standards and Spectacles vision.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external developers to understand the technical requirements and limitations to ensure the seamless integration of AR elements into the final product.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions with our Developer Experience and Partner Engineering teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders and presenting updates, prototypes, and final deliverables internally and externally.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback to refine Spectacles AR products and advance our platform and developer tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new AR products, partners, and features.
  • Build frameworks and processes that foster a collaborative and creative working environment.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of platform developer ecosystem dynamics, from the products and tools, and integrations.
  • Solid track record in launching high quality AR experiences, projects, and products on hardware.
  • Experience working closely with \\developers to understand their needs and translate them into platform product ideas/requirements and products.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and/or other design tools.


Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional experience in relationship management, design or creative experience, product or project management, internet technology, or other relevant digital media or game design experience.
  • BA/BS degree in business, design, marketing, computer science, or another related field (equivalent years of experience)


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the AR/VR industry is a plus
  • Experience with Lens Studio, 3D creation tools, interactive engineering is a plus.
  • Design or game design experience is a plus.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
