Job Description
We are seeking a creative and ambitious Marketing Specialist to accelerate our business expansion in North America. Central to your role will be the goal of driving revenue growth for Checkout.com through customer-centric brand, demand-generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts. You will assist in the implementation of a regional integrated marketing strategy, ensuring effective cross-channel execution. ABM will be a significant focus, enhancing our engagement with target accounts and creating opportunities. Reporting to the US Marketing Lead, you’ll be part of a vibrant global team and partner with the Commercial team (Sales, Customer Success Management and Sales Engineering) and wider Marketing team.
How you'll make an impact:

Regional marketing contribution: Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive, cross-channel marketing plan for the US region, driving revenue growth and brand awareness.

Campaign support: Co-create and execute region-specific marketing campaigns, placing a strong emphasis on diversified Account-Based Marketing execution (1:1, 1:few, 1:many).

Customer marketing and content: Execute initiatives tailored for our most valued clients, such as showcasing success stories, developing case studies, and conducting interviews with leaders in the payments industry.

Strategy development support: Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies, exploring new approaches, and supporting experimentation to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving market landscape.

Tailored messaging: Use regional insights to develop personalized sales assets, ensuring alignment with our product propositions and the unique needs of key accounts.

Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events and field marketing activities, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Analytical insight: Use tools such as Looker, Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Analytics to measure the impact and ROI of marketing activities, and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Market awareness: Stay informed about regional market dynamics to ensure marketing efforts align with both global strategies and local preferences.

Regional brand visibility and advocacy: Build and fortify relationships with influential figures, partners, and well-known payments organizations in the local market, boosting Checkout.com's regional brand presence.
Qualifications
About you:

Experience: 3-5 years in strategic B2B marketing. A background in payments, fintech or related sectors, and account-based marketing is a plus.

Experience across multiple marketing channels: Demonstrated use of various marketing channels such as content creation, events, social media, PR, digital marketing, email campaigns, and more.

Independent problem-solving: Proactive in addressing tasks and challenges with a self-directed and solution-oriented approach.

Project Management: Skilled in managing projects, setting priorities, and supporting cross-functional teams to action.

Data-Driven Mindset: Experience with marketing technology tools for performance tracking and ROI analysis, as well as providing actionable recommendations to drive improvements.

Innovation Mindset: Ability to explore innovative strategies and support the execution of new ideas.

Collaborative team player: Enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic team, collaborating effectively with colleagues worldwide to achieve impactful results.
Additional Information
New York City law requires Checkout.com to include in job postings a reasonable estimated salary range for this position. However, exact compensation may vary subject to several factors such as a candidate’s level, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and proficiency for the role.
The information provided here is applicable to those working in the New York City office. However, this role may also open to applicants from other US locations and will be advised on the relevant pay for that location.
For regular full-time employees in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $95,000 to $112,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus.
