In this role you will:

Develop and implement the social media strategy for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, including paid and organic social campaigns

Oversee Magnite’s employee social engagement platform Haiilo
-
Prepare background materials for media interviews and speaking engagements
-
Support media relations and press plans and deliverables including building and maintaining press databases
-
Working with internal department and business leads to craft company-wide internal communications highlighting company wins and updates

Draft submissions for US awards and “best of” lists

Conduct daily media monitoring and competitive intelligence for Magnite
-
Support coverage tracking and compile measurement reports for the communications team

Support the Magnite communications team with external and internal projects as needed
We’re looking for someone with:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field

2+ years of experience in a marketing, PR, communications or social media capacity

Experience working with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram in a business setting

Proven success running organic and paid social media campaigns

Strong communication skills with a love for writing

Ability to problem solve and work just as well independently as within a team

Able to independently structure, and manage workflow and priorities

Positive proactive, flexible, team-player who is solution-oriented

Strong relationship builder who can collaborate with all employees at the organization no matter their team or level

Must be able to think creatively and handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $80,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
