We are hiring a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our team. As the technical backbone for our sales Account Executives, you will address complex technical questions during customer calls and meetings. You will design and craft tailored solutions using Voltage Park's On-Demand Public GPU Cloud and Private Reserve GPU Cloud, ensuring client requirements are met within the emerging GPU cloud and Artificial Intelligence industry. In collaboration with the sales team, you'll build comprehensive quotes based on these solutions. You'll regularly meet with vendors and partners to stay informed about the latest products and technologies we offer, maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer calls and meetings, addressing complex technical questions.

  • Design tailored solutions using Voltage Park's On-Demand Public GPU Cloud and Private Reserve GPU Cloud, ensuring they meet client requirements.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and assess leads with AI workloads fit for Voltage Park's GPU cloud offerings.

  • Understand, consult, and translate customer requirements into technical specifications for H100 configurations and compute resources on Voltage Park's platform, including our On-Demand Public GPU Cloud and our Private Reserve GPU Cloud.

  • Educate clients about Voltage Park's GPUaaS solutions through calls, meetings, technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) development.

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to build comprehensive quotes, proposals, and service orders based on your designed solutions.

  • Work with engineers and Support team members to configure and deploy live production and trial environments

  • Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Regularly meet with our vendors and partners to stay informed about the latest products and technologies we have purchased, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge when presenting solutions to clients.

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, GPU technology, and the evolving features of Voltage Park's platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical role, in the ML/AI; Cloud; or high-performance computing (HPC) domain.

  • Cloud computing design and technical background

    • Experience with GPUaaS/GPU Cloud or bare metal, IaaS and/or PaaS is ideal but not required

  • Experience in Networking, with a comprehensive understanding of Ethernet and its role in high-speed data transfer

    • Knowledge of experience with Infiniband, including its setup, management, and performance tuning, would be an advantage, but not required.

  • Understanding of GPU architectures and their role in accelerating AI workloads, particularly GPUs like Nvidia H100s

  • Experience in creating technical drawings, network topologies, and other technical design drawings

  • Knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, and containerization technologies (e.g., Slurm, K8, Docker, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is advantageous

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to technical audiences as well as to non-technical audiences

  • Proficient in technical documentation and adept at creating clear and concise proposals

  • Experience working with start-ups to enterprises and understanding their technical requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation Range: $145K - $185K
