About the Job: 
As a Senior Technology Transformation Business Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry experts, to solve complex client problems. Your insights and deliverables will influence actions taken by managers and executives, both proactively and in real-time, across projects/programs of various scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support client engagements within our Change & Transformation practice with a focus on Strategy, Agility, Lean business practices, and Technology Transformation
  • As a vital team member and leader, the work you will perform will include but is not limited to growth strategy modelling, design (current state discovery and future state forecasting), change management, and project management (including Agile delivery techniques), and technology transformation
  • You will critically think through problems, set timelines and objectives, and deliver on those goals. You will collaborate with SMEs to develop thought leadership content in both domain and capability. You will support requests for proposals and required client presentations
  • You will understand Capco capabilities like design, rapid prototyping, and delivery
  • You will assist and may lead project teams in measuring current business or operational performance and forecasting improvements

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Skills such as requirement elicitation, process analysis and optimization, project management and familiarity with the Technology Business Analyst skillset
  • Experience working in the financial services and/or management consulting industry, or demonstrable equivalent experience in a team & leadership-oriented field
  • Broad financial services knowledge
  • Ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, and communicate effectively & confidently
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent comportment when engaging with senior leaders (“poise under pressure”)
  • The ability to commit to and meet deadlines
  • Openness to active developmental feedback from coaches and peers
  • The ability to generate new business opportunities for Capco that address client needs.
  • Excellent proficiency with the suite of Microsoft tools
  • The ability to rapidly upskill as required
  • An understanding of, or experience with any combination of Lean business practices, Project Management, and business Agility is highly valued
  • Experience in Technology Change Management (how to drive adoption, reduce resistance to change, and establish long term support models)
  • Experience with intelligent automation, business automation, product strategies, modernization, and transformation of technology
  • Engineering or architecture background to is valued but not required. The expectation is that you will be credible when engaging tech stakeholders
  • Experience with JIRA is desired
  • An understanding of, or experience with AI enablement as a plus
