About the Role  

As our Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll orchestrate complex technology projects that span our organization - from our M365 to Google Workspace migration, Workday/Salesforce integration, office moves, and vendor management. You'll be the driving force ensuring our technology investments deliver maximum value. 

Responsibilities  

  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives through complex programs such as Workday/Salesforce integration, M365 to Google Migration, Office Moves and Consolidations, M&A technology integrations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with department leaders to understand unique technical requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Project Governance & Benefits Realization: Establish robust program management frameworks with clear KPIs to measure business impact, ensuring projects deliver transformational outcomes on time and within budget
  • Risk Management: Identify potential issues early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Innovation & Technology Enablement: Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to streamline operations
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate strategic technology partnerships while implementing metrics-driven governance to maximize ROI, accelerate time-to-value, and align vendor capabilities with business priorities

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a multi-platform environment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology migrations or implementations
  • Experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Workday, and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • Outstanding communication abilities with technical and non-technical audiences
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials (preferred)
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR)

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Background in software development or technical consulting 
  • A proven ability to go beyond technical execution to strategically influence outcomes 
  • Experience implementing change management strategies to drive technology adoption
  • Strong data analysis skills to track project metrics and demonstrate ROI

The base salary range for this role is $160,000 -$180,000. There are a number of factors which affect what the specific pay offer would be for this role, including location, seniority, and relevant educational and working experience. This is base salary only – all full-time roles will also be eligible to take part in Genius benefits and some roles may be eligible to take part in a variable compensation plan.
