What We Need:

- A senior strategist to lead product and comms strategy on key accounts with minimal oversight

- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative to identify solutions

- A strategic polymath specializing in either business, comms, or content strategy; with growing fluency in other strategic skill sets-

An agile, open minded team member who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities


Primary Responsibilities: 

- Lead the strategic process from beginning to end on key accounts — managing clients, deliverables, and creative performance on the team

- Transform brand, audience, vertical, and competitive research into provocative insights

- Grasp the opportunities, audiences, and applications of dominant and emerging channels and formats

- Develop inspired briefs that translate into clear plans of action

- Run killer meetings, including client workshops and presentations, research interviews, and creative sessions

- Work with Strategy Director, partners in media, data, and UX to maximize creative performance

- Facilitate strong decision making with clients and agency team, across projects and process


Past Experience/Qualifications:

- 5+ year’s experience working in a similar role at a digital creative agency, publisher, or in-house product team

- Previous experience developing product, communications, and/or content strategies

- Track record of uncovering insights that unlock rock-solid strategic visions, and then helping to translate that strategy into impactful creative work

- Experience setting and delivering against measurement plans

- Experience visualizing your thinking on slides without upfront guidance

- Highly articulate communication skills (verbal and written), accomplished presenter

- Fluent in qual and quant research methodologies, from deployment through translation of findings into actions

- Familiar with a wide range of research and intelligence tools and resources
