As an Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our payment solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise and relationship-building skills to understand their unique business needs, proactively identify opportunities for optimization, and deliver exceptional service. This role is critical to fostering long-term partnerships and driving client growth.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Training and Demo: Help upselling efforts with merchant demonstrations and technical training - hold workshops and refreshers on our product offering to keep clients up-to-date with new features and deliverables.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate the addition of new payment solutions as well as technical migrations for clients as they expand with Checkout.com, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Product & Market Insights: Gather and analyse client feedback, translating it into actionable insights for our product roadmap. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes (e.g., PSD2, SCA) within the payments landscape, sharing relevant information with clients.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client success and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
