Senior Sales Executive

Goldbelly empowers the top food makers around the country to sell their specialty dishes (think deep dish pizza from Chicago, Southern layer cakes, iconic Texas BBQ, etc) to food-lovers nationwide. Consumers know we are the marketplace of the best food you can get in the US. Merchants can use our platform to manage sales, fulfillment, reporting and easily create a new revenue stream. It's a win-win. We're solving an incredibly complex problem around perishable shipping from n endpoints.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be directly responsible for helping to shape the future of Goldbelly's chef and restaurant partnerships. You will be responsible for sourcing and following up on leads, as well as the onboarding and launch of top food makers and restaurants.  This is an opportunity to define and reinvent the perishable food industry, and a passion for doing just that is critical.


What You've Done

  • 5-10+ years of sales work experience
  • Experience performing sales at a high level - ideally in the food industry
  • A passion for and knowledge base of top food makers, chefs, restaurants and more
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and merchants
  • A deep working knowledge of Salesforce- others would consider you an expert
  • Collaborate effectively with others and are able to influence without direct oversight
  • Strategic and analytical. Able to understand that we’re looking at the forest, but also which trees are important
  • Strong self-management skills as well as ability to work as a contributing member of a multi-discipline sales team
  • A love of food!
