Position Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Partner Customer Success Manager (PCSM) to join our growing Customer Success team. You’ll manage a book of ~30–40 consulting and marketing partners who license our software to coach their dental clients to success. These are high-value partners who expect outcomes, insights, and a trusted advisor. You’ll work directly with partner executives, coaches, and consultants to drive software adoption and long-term value. And when a partner’s engagement ends, you’ll work cross-functionally to convert those dental clients into long-term direct customers.
This is a unique role that blends customer success, light sales enablement, and program management.
