ABOUT THIS ROLE
Come join a thriving, successful team enabling innovation within the financial services industry. Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with our business partners and colleagues.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships at the executive and strategic levels with a portfolio clients.
- Develop and implement annual business plans aimed at promoting client revenue and asset growth.
- Keep clients informed of new developments, products, and services to enable their growth, aligning offerings with their specific business needs.
- Create a partnership framework that aligns the client with Apex's broader organizational goals and capabilities.
- Offer proactive support to clients, promptly responding to their needs and driving solutions.
- Drive and track client requests, ensuring goals and objectives are met annually.
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant relationship pulse metrics to reflect client engagement and satisfaction.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for both Apex and clients.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on clients' financial performance and revenues on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with clients to document, prioritize, and address operational and technological issues and requests.
- Retain and manage each assigned client relationship, prioritizing strategic engagement.
- Identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities through expansions in products and efficiencies.
- Define and execute strategic initiatives contributing to Apex's overall strategy.
- Coordinate internally to develop comprehensive product solutions addressing client challenges.
- Identify synergies among Apex clients and partners to drive organic growth.
- Foster a team environment as a leader, driving holistic relationship strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 direct reports, fostering professional growth and alignment with company objectives.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years industry and clearing experience or equivalent (fintech, VC, IB, etc.)
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 license(s) required

Salary Range
$124,000-$155,000
The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
