Your Impact
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Hearst Autos Product Design and Engineering team. Ideal candidates have a track record of delivery on high visibility products and are comfortable dealing with many stakeholders.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Product Team, as well as Editorial and Business stakeholders, to align product development with strategic goals.
- Lay the groundwork for effective teamwork and swift, innovative delivery.
- Emphasize user-centric and market-centric approaches in all aspects of program management.
- Streamline the path to product delivery, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Enhance the team's ability to respond to changes and pivot strategies efficiently.
- Promote thoughtful execution of projects, balancing continuous discovery with consistent delivery.
- Plan and facilitate team and project meetings where needed.
- Work with product managers to align the program around strategic goals.
- Develop effective communication and coordination methods within and between teams, as well as with leadership and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address impediments to streamline project execution.
- Maintain transparent records of the team's delivery plans and progress.
- Establish and refine team processes to ensure a unified understanding of the end user, focusing on how product increments deliver value.

This is a full-time, remote position. Please note that we can only consider applicants from the following states: AL, CA, CT, FL, GA, MI, NY, VA, WA. The base salary for this role is between $129,000 and $150,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
