Role Mission: As a member of the LeagueApps Product team, the Sr. Product Manager (Product Owner) will own the product development lifecycle from idea to release for assigned products. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our youth sports software solutions. You will collaborate closely with and build strong cross-functional relationships with the engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our PM team is expected to continuously innovate to keep our customers and our partners on top of their game, and in return will get the opportunity to shape a product that is used by millions of people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and priorities.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and communicate product updates.

  • Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.

Who You Are:

  • 5-8 years of proven Product Management experience within the B2B, SMB, and/or SaaS space, with a track record of progressive success.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage resources effectively and prioritize finite resources.

  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, and tracking/testing delivered products against functional requirements.

  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and the ability to lead agile processes.

  • Working knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to make data-driven decisions and clearly articulate ideas in emails, proposals, and meetings.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to deliver business value.

  • Comfortable building relationships with partners, customers, and vendors, and influencing stakeholders outside direct reporting structures.

  • Passionate about youth sports and aligned with our core values.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at LeagueApps. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other LeagueApps employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at LeagueApps to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
