As a Senior Product Manager for the Borrower Activation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how borrowers engage with our platform, ensuring that every interaction drives them toward meaningful action. Your goal will be to develop a vision and strategy for delivering innovative products and experiences that help borrowers activate, convert, and ultimately resolve their debts—all while treating them with respect and empathy. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to craft a journey that is as impactful as it is supportive.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Defining a product vision and long-term strategy for Borrower Activation, helping borrowers find the right solutions to resolve their debts

  • Uncover our borrower’s needs through data, user research, and industry knowledge to inform our roadmap and strategy better 

  • Leverage Machine Learning and AI to build personalized resolution strategies for our borrowers

  • Leading the planning, development, and go-to-market of user-facing features, focusing on optimizing borrower experience and increasing payer conversion rates.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, and to identify growth opportunities, develop product initiatives, and implement data-driven experiments to improve key metrics

  • Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent us from delivering on objectives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, delivering successful and innovative products.

  • Proven experience designing and managing features that drive growth, engagement, and retention.

  • Experience building personalized experiences using ML and AI

  • Strong background in data-driven decision-making, utilizing A/B testing, user analytics, and customer feedback to iterate and enhance product features.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to articulate complex strategies in a clear, concise way for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by solving complex problems with innovative solutions.

  • Ability to take calculated risks and move quickly, iterating to achieve results while focusing on quality.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in highly regulated industries like finance or healthcare, familiar with compliance and data protection regulations.

  • Background in fintech, martech, or other industries that are closely aligned with ours

Our compensation range for the Senior Product Manager role is $165,000 to $190,000. We determine the final package by considering experience, applicable education and training, and relevant skills derived throughout our interview process. This role also includes a competitive equity package, giving you a chance to feel true ownership of your work.
